He\u2019s done award winning work for clients like P&amp;G, Nike, Pfizer, Mars and the United Nations.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>He feels weird writing about himself in the third person so he is going to stop. I\u2019m gonna stop.<\/p><p>I\u2019ve done pretty well as an art director \u2014 I\u2019ve been awarded at Cannes, D&amp;AD, the One Show, the Art Directors Club and the Fast Company World Changing Ideas among others \u2014 I\u2019ve also branched out into 3D, animation, packaging design, and shooting commercials.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve lead teams and created global campaigns, won new business, and made clients and bosses happy and successful.<\/p><p>At Publicis, I lead the teams for Pfizer, working partly on a on 360\u00b0 campaign I developed when I was at FCB Chicago (it\u2019s complicated). Before that I was at Saatchi &amp; Saatchi Wellness doing work for P&amp;G and creating the Prescription Paper Pill Bottle. Before that I did a variety of things: not only advertising, but product development, directing commercials, packaging design and retail marketing. I even developed an app for creating 3D mockups, including doing a lot of the coding (it didn\u2019t take off). Before that I was selling Mars candies at SapietnNitro and Nitro. More details are in <a href=\"https:\/\/scharlack.com\/v5\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Jeremy-Scharlack-Resume-v7.pdf\">my resume<\/a>.<\/p><p>I haven\u2019t just worked for corporate clients. I consider it key to work on projects for social good and I\u2019ve been privileged to work on several: I shot a documentary in Somalia for the World Food Program, worked with the UN to promote world peace day and developed a sustainable pill bottle.<\/p><p>Before I was in the agency world, I was a photographer, photo assistant and retoucher. Helped give me an appreciation of how cameras work and how to run a shoot. Before that I was a chemist. Really; it was my major and everything, though I also studied design at SVA.
